We are Studio 22 (“Studio 22,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of freelancebusinessunlocked.com and any related subdomains, mobile applications, digital products, and services (collectively, the "Site"). By visiting, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you:

(a) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and

(b) represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have your parents’ or guardians’ consent.

2. Services & Digital Products

Studio 22 provides professional services—including consulting, podcast launch support, design, and related offerings—and sells downloadable or streamable digital products ("Services"). Details, pricing, and deliverables for each Service are described on the Site or in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in the currency stated on the checkout page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly noted. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount. You are responsible for any applicable value-added, sales, use, or similar taxes.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products and bespoke professional services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page or in a written agreement. If we do offer a money-back guarantee for a particular Service, the specific terms will be stated clearly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, podcasts, videos, and software—is the property of Studio 22 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without our prior written permission.

7. License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Studio 22 grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and any digital products you have lawfully purchased, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and will not assist or enable others to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Site or digital products;

  • Circumvent any technological measure that controls access to the Services;

  • Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful content;

  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

  • Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

9. Third Party Links & Integrations

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Studio 22 does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 22, its owner (Anja Lordanić Mustać), affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio 22 and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia. You and Studio 22 waive any objections to venue or personal jurisdiction.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation or, if mutually agreed, mediation.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability) shall survive.

15. Modifications to Terms & Site

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after any such changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio 22 regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign our rights without restriction.
